If the fielding team fails to commence the final over of an innings by the scheduled cutoff time, an automatic in-match penalty applies: exactly one fewer fielder is permitted outside the 30-yard circle (maximum 4 fielders outside instead of 5) for all remaining overs.

A countdown timer enforces that the bowling side must be ready to deliver the first ball of the next over within 60 seconds of the previous over finishing. On the 3rd infraction in an innings, a 5-run penalty is awarded to the batting side.

Any bowler reported by on-field umpires for suspected throwing (elbow extension exceeding the 15-degree physiological tolerance limit) must undergo mandatory 3D motion-analysis assessment within 14 days. Failure or refusal leads to immediate bowling suspension across all RDCA tournaments.

Zero-tolerance electronic communication cordon. From 60 minutes prior to scheduled match toss until post-match presentation, all personal phones, smartwatches, and transmission devices must be surrendered to the ACU Integrity Officer. No smart devices permitted in dressing rooms.
